Privacy policy
Draft for review by a legal professional. Waggy Bus plans to operate in England.
The data controller is Waggy Bus.
A privacy contact email must be added before publication.
This site provides information about dog training, news and videos. It does not create customer accounts or accept payments.
What data we use
When you contact us by phone, email, Messenger or WhatsApp, we use your message to reply. This may be necessary to respond to your request or for our legitimate interest in running the schools.
The server may keep technical request logs (IP address, date and page address) for security. The admin panel uses a session cookie only after sign in and only to run the site.
Cookies and consent
Analytics is off until you consent. Consent Mode v2 sets analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization to denied by default. Google Analytics may be added later and should not measure visits without consent. Your choice is stored in your browser as barkingbus_consent.
YouTube
We fetch videos from a channel’s public RSS feed on the server and show thumbnails. The youtube-nocookie.com player loads only after you click. That view may then count on the city channel; before the click no video plays from this site.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, or object to its use. In the UK you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). If processing concerns people in the EEA, a complaint may also go to the relevant authority, including UODO in Poland.
Data is not sold. Hosting and email providers may operate outside the UK; their names and transfer basis must be confirmed before launch.
